Introduction
The Health Intervention Cost Calculator (HIIC) is a tool to harness the scientific and public health potential of simulation modelling. It's made up of many different parts that all work together. Through our website, hiic.org, we enable public and policymakers to explore and visualise results from our advanced proportional multistate lifetable (PMSLT) simulation modelling. Through our bespoke consulting and modelling platform, SHINE, we aim to help researchers and policymakers to evaluate more complex interventions in much the same way. Our goal is to aid epidemiological understanding and improve evaluation and prioritisation of prevention policy.
