Time lag
The time_lag
parameter determines the number of years before the initial effect of an intervention is imparted to its target population. This enables evaluation of prevention policies that are not expected to be instantaneously effective, instead taking a number of years to generate initial reductions in disease incidence, morbidity, or fatality. Users may evaluate the health and cost impact of such policies by appropriately setting the time_lag
parameter.
